Using UX

UX is a user support system to optimize the website experience.
Common deliverables in the UX process are personas, prototypes, and heuristic evaluation. Personas help designers empathize with users and make design decisions that align with their needs and preferences. Prototypes allow designers to test usability, gather feedback from users, and validate design decisions before development. Heuristic evaluation reports outline identified issues and recommendations for improvement, guiding iterative design changes to enhance usability and user satisfaction. 

UX can enhance a design project by having a user-centered design, interactive improvement, and better alignment and communication.

I believe referencing the UX design principles should be a checklist for any site creation, even if the site is already up and running you can go back and check the site for usability.
